The Management at Casa Rural Canaria Finca Uga will present the winners with these invitations to taste and enjoy the prizes they have won.

Additions

When an establishment asks to be included, we collect all the necessary information on its service, so that we always ensure that the human quality and professionalism of the associated establishments, as well as their products, is in keeping with the prestige of the Island of Lanzarote.

To do so, we also consult the latest editions of the different official guides, which are edited by the Lanzarote Authorities Excmo. Cabildo Insular, the Patronato de Turismo, as well as the leading world travel guides.

The Management at the Canary Island Rural House Finca Uga are pleased to inform you that this rural accommodation has created a photo competition in the following categories and according to the following conditions:

CATEGORIES

a) Landscape and “unpublished” rabbit scenery.

b) The family shot, a friendly anecdote.

c) The Canary Island Palm trees.

CONDITIONS:

1- Participants must have stayed at the“Casa Rural Canaria Finca Uga”.

2 - The photos can be presented in two ways:
- When returning the keys by means of a CD.
- Sending them to the email address: info@fincauga.com.


3 - The duration of the prize will be a maximum four-night-stay, between 5pm on Thursday and midday Sunday. In exceptional cases and if the winner has taken advantage of a flight offer, by mutual agreement with the Management of the “Casa Rural Canaria Finca Uga”, they may change the days of the week indicated for Friday to Monday respectively.

4 - Under no circumstances can the number of nights exceed that of the accommodation invoice to which the photos correspond. However, it can be extended by the prize winner by prior booking, with the current rates and according to the regulations established for the renting of the accommodations.
(Example, if the prize winner booked and stayed for two nights, the prize will be for a maximum of two nights).

5 - If a guest enters photos to more than one category, their work will be recognized, but only one prize will be given and only on one occasion.

6 - The photos will be displayed on the “Casa Rural Canaria Finca Uga” website, and the Management will request the corresponding permission from the author if any other use is to be given to these, other than the Casa Rural Canaria Finca Uga website.

7 - The Management of Casa Rural Canaria Finca Uga, is in no way responsible for any of the photos having been misappropriated and/or copied over the Internet despite all the measures taken for their protection.

8 - The Management of “Casa Rural Canaria Finca Uga”, in category c) “The family shot, a friendly anecdote” emphasis will be given to opportunism and improvisation, over and above the artistic quality and the composition.

9 - The photos will be on display for as long as the Management of the “Casa Rural Canaria Finca Uga” considers convenient, and which will be for a minimum of 365 days.

10 - Once the year has passed and the result has been decided, they will become part of the “Photo Gallery” of the “Casa Rural Canaria Finca Uga” on the same page.

11 - In order that the winner can plan and enjoy the prize, we inform you that the photograph competition year will run from the 1 November of the current year to 31 October of the following year.

12 - The results of the competition will be published on the “Casa Rural Canaria Finca Uga” website in the first week of November of the same year, and this will be the closing date for entries corresponding to Item 12.

13 - The winner will be notified by the jury by the means considered appropriate.

14 - The accommodation for the prize will be the same as the previous stay.

15 - The winner will be able to choose the person accompanying them.

16 - The prize will not be transferable to a third party.

17 - Under no circumstances will the prize not be awarded.

18 - The Members of the Jury will be given with each competition, together with the results.

19 - The conditions of this competition have been registered by a Notary.
